Booking & Payment

A 20% deposit is required to secure and confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the house sit. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Pet Care

​

Owners must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their pets, including feeding routines, medication, behavioural issues, allergies and any relevant medical conditions.

I must be informed of any history of aggression, destructive behaviour, escape attempts or other behaviours that could affect the safety of the pet, myself or others.

If a pet becomes unwell or injured, I will contact the owner as soon as reasonably possible. If the owner cannot be reached, I reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment where necessary. Any veterinary costs remain the owner's responsibility.

 

Cancellation

Cancellations are subject to my Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
